Benefits of Carrots for Reducing Hypertension

Plant carrots (Daucus carota) has a rod in the form of a set of midrib (leaf stalks) that arise from the base of the fruit of the top (root tuber). Its roots form taproot and change form and function into tubers round and elongated shape. Very few side roots and grow the tuber. Tubers reddish yellow, thin-skinned, and if eaten raw, crisp and slightly sweet. 
Based on the form of tubers, carrot plants can be divided into three types as follows: type imperator (tuber elliptic with pointed toes), Chantenay type (tuber elliptic with blunt ends), and the type of nantes (transitional type between type imperator by type Chantenay).

Several kinds of diseases that can be treated:
  1. Irregular menstruation. The trick, take 2 carrots and 2 finger gourd of water. Wash thoroughly, then grate. Add 1 cup water and salt, then squeeze and strain. Drink twice a day.
  2. Pinworms. The trick, take 2 carrots, 3 leaves islands, and 3 pieces of fruit lady leaves, wash and finely crushed. Add 1 cup thick coconut milk and salt, then squeeze and strain. Drink 1 a day.
  3. Eczema. Way, take 3 carrots, washed and shredded. Add 1/2 cup, then squeeze and strain. Drink 2 times a day.
Carrots are known to contain a lot of protein, carbohydrate, fat, fiber, vitamin A, glutathione, beta-kareoten, and alkaline elements such as calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, and chlorine. With abortion, the Carrot believed to help lower Hypertension, high cholesterol, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, hepatitis, and prevent stroke.
